Holiday Cocktail Recipe

Raise your glass, because we’re toasting to the season of home, health, friends, and family—and we’ve got the drink recipe worthy of it all. Topped off with a sprig of rosemary, this bubbly cocktail will be the star of your holiday party.

Pomegranate Rosemary Spritzer

-1 bottle Prosecco
-2 ounces peach schnapps
-4 ounces Pom juice
-Mango soda water
-6-8 sprigs rosemary
-Pomegranate seeds
-1/2 cup sugar

1. Bring 1 cup of water and 2-3 sprigs of rosemary to a boil
2. Add sugar to boiling water and stir until sugar dissolves
3. Remove from heat, strain rosemary leaves, and set to cool
4. Pour Prosecco evenly into four glasses
5. Add .5 ounces of peach schnapps, .5 ounces of rosemary sugar water, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 ounce Pom juice and a splash of mango soda water to each glass and stir
6. Top each glass with 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds
7. Garnish with 1 sprig of rosemary and serve

Running low on time? For a shortcut version, simply fill your glasses with Prosecco or champagne and top with pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary.
