CITY FURNITURE “FREE MOVES” PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

• The City Furniture “Free Moves” Promotion is offered by City Furniture, Inc. (“CITY”) to all qualifying customers subject to these terms and conditions.
• Customers who make a minimum purchase(s) totaling five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) or more within a thirty (30) day period, exclusive of taxes and fees, and paid-in-full at the time of purchase(s), will qualify for a discount of up to one thousand, five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) off of the total moving costs provided by our City Moves service, including truck, fuel, fleet, labor, packing, and supplies (the “City Moves Discount”).
• All qualifying moves (1) must begin and be completed on the same day and within a twelve-hour period, including round-trip travel time (no overnight storage), and (2) must be completed within six months from the date of purchase (the “Qualifying Move”).
• This Offer is contingent on CITY’s final determination of the total cost of the move by the City Moves team in its sole discretion (“City Moves Final Invoice”), which may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the move.
• In the event that the City Moves Final Invoice exceeds the City Moves Discount, customer must pay the remaining balance of the City Moves Final Invoice in full prior to the subject move. In no event will the City Moves Discount exceed the City Moves Final Invoice.
• Customer must pay any applicable delivery fee(s) for the purchased merchandise, which is separate and distinct from the City Moves Discount.
• The purchase invoice(s) and delivery address for the merchandise must match either the starting location or the final destination of the Qualifying Move.
• All purchased merchandise that is in stock must be delivered before or on the date of the Qualifying Move.
• All City Moves Discounts expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. Any move that is not completed by the expiration date, for any reason, will not include the City Moves Discount and will be subject to payment in full of the entire City Moves Final Invoice.
• By accepting this offer customer also acknowledges receipt of and agrees to the terms and conditions of the City Moves service contract, a copy of which is attached hereto, and all City Moves policies, terms, and conditions, which are located at https://www.cityfurniture.com/services/city-moves, which are expressly incorporated herein.
• The City Moves Discount cannot be applied to the purchase of any other CITY products or services and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents.

• The scheduling and completion of all Qualifying Moves is based upon availability and is at the sole discretion of CITY. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
• CITY reserves the right to cancel or withdraw this Offer at any time.
• CITY reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its discretion to the extent permitted by law. This Offer is void where prohibited by law.
